Question by elizabeth g: What will all these kids do when mom dies and how does mom help them grow up?
What would say to a person that told you this story?
There once was a mother that had a child, over twenty-four years old. Whenever they asked her for money, shoes, cell phones, and etc.. She would give it when she could.
One day she was praying about her child, and God spoke to her. He said, “Next time your child ask for money, or something esl.” ask them this. ‘What would you do if I was with God in heaven?’ When he tell you “I don’t know,” say ‘Well, you should pray and ask God to help you find out what you should do.’ ”
So the mom did what God asked, and a few days later one of her child asked her for some money, so she replied, “What would you do if I was with God in heaven?”
Her child said, “Steal, kill myself, or maybe something else.”
The mother then said, “If that is what God told you to do then do that, if not, ask Him.”
A few days later her child asked her for money, so she told him, “What would you do if I was with God in heaven?”
Her child said, “Ask you!”
The mother then said, “Okay, but God told me to tell you to ask Him!”
What while all these people do when the person they are living off of died and you really helping your kids group up?
Why don’t see they should just earn it instead?
They are like what seems like a very strange world to some of us where the parents pocket is bottomless. and no it doesn’t grow on trees either.
Some of us put up with a lot of others bad tempers and mean attitude to have what we have so why should leave child help less?

Kids do need to grow up, but the children of the baby boomers as a group seem to have a sense of entitlement. They are also part of a generation where they seem to move back home with mom when they are in their late 20s or early 30s. The parents have to be the ones to take control here and not enable their children to be mooches.
